At UnMatched Candle Co. all products are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped. Due to the nature of products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace of refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

Due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in delivery times, and they may also change beyond our control. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. With each order, a tracking number will be provided to allow you to check the status of your order.
