Candle Care & Burn Guide

Our candles are designed to be enjoyed slowly.

With soy wax, an even melt is achieved over time, not always within the first burn. For best results, allow your candle to burn for 2–4 hours at a time, letting the fragrance fully develop and the wax gradually soften with each use.

Your 8 oz candle offers approximately 60 hours of burn time. Because soy wax burns at a lower temperature, you may notice wax resting along the sides of the vessel during early burns. This is completely normal. As you continue to enjoy your candle, the wax will melt more evenly with each burn, creating a smooth, consistent pool over time.

Before lighting, trim the wick to about ¼ inch. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, never leave unattended, and discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.

Candle care is part of the ritual — trust the process, enjoy the glow, and let the burn unfold naturally.

Do we ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

Returns

For any damaged packages in the mail, please reach out to us with images to confirm broken candles. These will gladly be replaced at no charge. However, in order for us to submit a claim to the mail carrier for their mishandling, we would also need this proof to provide to them as well.
